SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Hair 670 appreciates your business and interest in our products. We would like to inform you that state taxes and shipping cost will be applied to all orders. Hair 670 is not responsible for duties and tax fees on international shipments. All such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders received may take up to 1-3 business days to be processed. Orders that are placed during U.S. holidays, promotions and/or sales may have a longer processing timeframe. An e-mail confirmation will be sent with tracking information once your purchase is shipped. Orders may be canceled prior to shipment; a full refund will be issued. Please ensure you send an order cancellation email to email@example.com; the subject line must read Order Cancellation.
Orders placed from the Pre-Order section will specify an estimated arrival date to our warehouse. The date provided on all Pre-Order merchandise is an estimated date and subject to change. In no way does Hair 670 guarantee the date on Pre-Ordered items. This date is provided to give an idea of an approximate timeframe that we expect to receive the shipment of the Pre-Order to our warehouse and in turn prepared for delivery to our customers. The specified date in no way means you will receive your item on that date. Any delays and/or changes to Pre-Order items will be posted on the site under the specified item. Upon arrival to our warehouse, all orders are prepared for delivery. Order preparation and delivery for Pre-Ordered Merchandise can take up to 3 business days to process depending on the order demand, so please allow the necessary time.
Hair 670 requires that your billing and shipping information match in order for us to process your order. For security purposes, we reserve the right to automatically cancel orders that are placed with different billing and shipping addresses. In the event, this occurs a full refund will be issued within 48 hrs.
Hair 670 is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier or customs, nor are we responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your order has been received by the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for the parcel.
We accept returns of new, unworn items for exchange or store credit only – no refunds. Items may be returned for store credit or exchange only, within 5 days from confirmation of receiving your order. After 5 days’ exchanges or store credit will not be considered. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
To ensure that your exchange will be accepted we recommend items be returned with original labels and tags still intact and hair wrapped in its original content. Items returned to us in an unsuitable condition for resale will be returned to you at your expense.
If exchanging for another item, your exchange will be issued upon receipt and inspection of your return if the item is still available. If the item is not available, you will receive a store credit. If there is a price difference you will be responsible for the additional cost. In case of an exchange we cannot take responsibility for return shipping costs nor will the original shipping cost or taxes be credited.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us regarding your exchange/return; subject line should say exchange or return order. Please enclose a copy of your original order confirmation documentation.
Hair 670 recommends sending your return parcels with tracking confirmation as we are not liable if your return is not received at our P.O. Box address. If your parcel is not received at our P.O. Box and is lost in transit, we require you to show proof of delivery confirmation to our P.O. Box address. If you cannot provide proof, Hair 670 will not be held accountable for any losses or damages caused during the return shipment. A claim will have to be filed with the carrier.

Hair 670 reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. Hair 670 and Natasha Ki', reserves the right to refuse the business of any persons, business, entities etc. without explanation.
Hair 670 and all of its contents, including but not limited to logo’s, blog articles, written text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, video material, audio material, including musical compositions and sound recordings, excluding user content (collectively “Proprietary Material”), are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of the United States, as well as international and the laws of other countries. The Proprietary Material is owned or controlled by Natasha Ki' and Hair 670.
Hair 670 and Natasha Ki' cannot be used to sell or promote items, or events that have not been officially endorsed by Hair 670 or Natasha Ki'. Use of any materials appearing on this website for any purpose without written prior approval is a violation of our copyrights and proprietorship.
Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Hair 670 reserve the right to disclose your personal information pursuant to a legal request, such as a subpoena, legal proceedings, search warrant or court order, or in compliance with applicable laws, if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so and when it’s necessary to protect our rights, with or without notice to you. You cannot opt out of this personal information disclosure if required by a lawful order.
